So its finally over ;( My festive season finally ends tomorrow ;( WAHHHHH Back to work, No more YOLO eating or excuses for skipping gym haha or anything. Im not going to lie, having time off to do what i want was pretty cool, i had a great time with my family and getting up when i like :) BUT i have had enough, i cant stand the site of chocolate, i need that structure/organisation/routine back in my life....Man i swear i didnt even know what day/time or year it was at some stages, and i want even drunk that much ha. I lose track of life lol So as much as im not biggest fan of my van driving job and leaving my family, i am looking forward to getting back to my routine, eating more nutrient dense foods, my lean meats, grains and vegetables and plenty of water, why giving my pillow some deep throat head ;) So as from tomorrow, Im hitting up a 2 weeks maintenance phase... Training 3x a week to ease me back in to it all, (even though i think ill be pretty fine, strength/energy wise - but best to be on safe side) Diet will be around 2300-2400kcals a day, 160g protein 60g fat 280g carbs (Carbs and fat will go up on down depending on food choices) And then after Im feeling back to norm, Im going into a lean gain phase, increasing training to 4x a week and increasing kcals up to 2500-2600kcals, protein will same, where fat and carbs will be increased ;) Then ill access/monitor and adjust from there. Although Im still injured, im going to attempt it as i feel Im dealing with utter clowns in the medical world, im not holding my goals back any longer, i will only performing exercises i feel i can progress on. So, lets get back in yo swing off things craggyb you got shizzle to do ;) Just thought ill let yall know ;) CraggyB Fitness
