So its finally the end of the season this weekend with the final Mini Enduro at the Forest of Dean. I cant wait to get in the pain cave again over winter and build on the fitness I developed this year. Unfortunately I have an operation on Monday to get the 8 year old plate in my ankle removed. 6 weeks off the MTB but the gym is going to become a close friend. Things are already looking bright for next year and I cant wait! Thanks to Ison-Distribution for continued employment and support. Banshee Bikes for giving me awesome frames to ride.
