Carry out some smart simple steps >> - Clean up your diet 6 days a week and 1 day allow yourself to have a more relaxed day with your favourite take out or a meal out - after you have got into this routine you could possibly add in a mid week treat depending on your progress so far.. - Weight Train and dont be scared of going heavy - start with 3/4 times a week - Add in some forms of cardio including HIIT, Tabata or a gental walk BUT do not OD on these - HIIT and Tabata are very intense so these you do not need to do for a long period of time, incoropate x2 HIIT/Tabata ( 4-5 minutes ) a week and 3 20-30 minute walks To get RESULTS is about being CONSISTENT and we want to burn fat ( fatloss ) not weighloss!
