So just got a phone call from my mechanic...... I had my ss towed to the shop on Mon cause the transmission was stuck in drive, they told me yesterday it was just the shift cable and it would be fixed today but my warranty didnt cover it and is gonna cost me $304.78. Well I just got a call and they said I have some bad news when the shift cable broke it damaged the transmission internally, so we are going to have to replace the whole tranny..... SCORE, warranty covers internal failure! They also told me that they already called the warranty place and they will have someone out tom to look at it and verify the internal damage and proceed to get me a new transmission in the ss. Whoo hoo
