So just have to share this story....yesterday was 2nd anniversary of my moms journey to heaven. It is important to me to acknowledge these times.....on birthdays I take flowers and balloons and sing Happy Birthday to her and my step dad GORDON !!! Anyway.....made plans to meet my very special friend Terri Hurd and celebrate the memory of Marlene Emalie Kruse Hendrickson Dyment ...my sweet mama....I arrived first and set the candle out and while waiting for Terri ....wanted to listen to the song I played over and over her last day...Give Me Jesus sung by Fernando Ortega...looked at my phone.... Battery at 79%..... Played it a couple of times....Terri arrived we sat and shared wine... With both mom and dad....I grabbed my phone out of pocket to play song again for Terri ....my battery was... Dead!! My phone never gets that low!!! Put it back in pocket and Terri looked up and played the song on her phone. We sat and listened and watched the cross lit up on the hill in perfect view....I pulled my phone out and checked again...still nothing.....thinking how strange! We packed up and left....I found my car phone charger which I very rarely use and plugged phone in on my way home.....when I pulled into my driveway...back at 79%..... Love you mom.....
