So, keeping it real...I have been EXTREMELY lazy and not following through. With so many changes in my life, its been hard to really get into my routine. I have reverted back to old ways, not been faithful to the Plexus products, and was deathly afraid to step on the scale. But, you see, stepping on the scale was exactly what I needed to do...and I am so glad I did. Yes, I did gain (3 pounds to be exact), but considering the lifestyle I have been living, that was a pleasant surprise! Had I even taken my products CONSISTENTLY, I probably wouldnt have gained at all...but would have, could have, irrelevant now, as I am back at it. Thanks to Plexus, it gives me the motivation and drive to get back to it and do what I need to do. This is in no way an endorsement for taking Plexus and leading an unhealthy lifestyle, but it is to show you if you can find the right combination of products and the time to take them, it CAN work.
