So last night I hit something driving home and managed to ruin a tire, I know way to go Alex, anyways this luckily happened right outside my apartment complex. I was able to slowly drive to my apartment but my tire rim was absolutely ruined. This morning I called around trying to find the best (and closest) tire shop, since my roommate is currently out of town. I found one a short distance away and walked on over; after having men try to pick me up (assuming I was hitchhiking?! I dont know), honks and annoying yells, and walking through the not-so-safe area of Waco, I found my location. One employee went and exceeded above and beyond, he could obviously tell I was very stressed out about this situation. I purchased my tire and he offered me a ride home so I wouldnt have to walk back with a tire. Not only that, he replaced my tire for me. As he drove away I saw he also had a Jesus fish on his truck, talk about a God send! THEN looking at my receipt now, he gave me it 50% off my purchase...what an absolutely wonderful turn of events!
