So last night we had dinner at GW Fins, a seafood restaurant in the Quarter, the food was awesome, the waiter was probably one of the best waiters I have ever had. Great command and knowledge of the menu, attentive but not imposing service. I hope he appreciated the tip as much as we appreciated his service. Best dinner of the trip. The Hotel LeMarais was a nice surprise. Very modern decor, nice size room, king size bed that was comfortable, great shower, the free breakfast was a bit weak, but that was minor. Breakfast at the Camellia Grill is highly recommended! Awesome omlettes!
