So last week in Boston was awesome, but when I returned home, I realized I was travel-weary from the summer thus far and needed to hit my reset button before heading out again next week. Ive been able to recover my equilibrium in record time (2.5 days) using this formula, and Im putting it here to remind me: 1. 10 hours of uninterrupted sleep 2. 24 hours not speaking to another soul for more than 5 min 3. 4 hours spent entirely outdoors 4. 2 days eating almost entirely green things and drinking water 5. 2 fuzzy cats cats cats 6. 3 days worth of Bikram yoga 7. 1 day spent cleaning house from top to bottom and laundry 8. Nightly listens to Pema Chodron audio stuff
