So lately Ive noticed that there is a resurgence of supernatural nonsense on TV - science fiction, witch craft, fantasy, ghost hunters; Theres even a reality show of a known charlatan (Long Island Medium). This is closely coupled with an upsurge of crazies on social media - right here and G+ come to mind. Recently I witnessed someone trying to sell himself to others as a Skype faith healer - NO KIDDING. Folks, James Randi has had a million dollar prize up for decades. Anyone that can prove supernatural ... ANYTHING ... would promptly receive the prize. Not one person in all that time has claimed that prize. It has never taken Randy any elaborate scientific study to debunk any of it - hes usually armed with little more than Styrofoam packing material, a couple of blankets, and maybe the occasional random helper to debunk ALL OF IT.
