But because YOU are not a RESCUE, YOU are NOT responsible for any unwanted dogs or puppies...not emotionally, physically, or financially. You dont have time to sacrifice because you are too busy with your family and friends. You dont have any money to donate towards their care because they are NOT your responsibility.
