Today in America the NFL increased a players punishment from two games to an indefinite ban not because new information from the incident surfaced but rather because a video confirming what they already knew surfaced? Simultaneously, the NCAA pardoned a college football program a mere three years after it had been found to be wrapped up in a decades-long institutional cover up of pedophilia because... the programs shown a little bit of compliance? Boy, its great to see the powers at be in this country are really making (and upholding) decisions with disciplined virtue rather than sheer emotional whim...
