So lets be real ... the only masterpiece of the hole franchise is Splinter Cell ... the original first game ... I know that probably a lot of you out there love Chaos Theory, too ... but I think, that Chaos Theory was misguided ... Dont get me wrong ... it still is an acceptable game, but only the quality of it is really good ... The game got some pretty nice aesthetics concerning movement animations and ofcourse the graphics are still pretty to look at ... The soundtrack is great, too ... even though the Battery Theme is the only track that really blows ... CT sadly failed even though the core philosophy was perfectly right ... The leveldesign was to small, the levels are to compact, what probably is caused by the map-system ... Sam Fisher is to close to the enemy so it feels not realistic anymore, sometimes he even talks loudly while sneaking behind a guy ... Whatever ... a mature problem was the Hack-System ... it was way to easy to use and therefore dominated alternative roots as they lost being interesting because they were not efficient enough anymore as the Hack-System could do everything ...
