So lets say you have an older puppy for sale for $600 - a FAMILY member pesters you relentlessly wanting a puppy from you but cant afford the price ..... YOu offer $100 family discount & agree to take payments over 2 months .... Once the dog is paid for the FAMILY buyer makes plans to pick up but then cancels because she does not have a ride. For another 2 MONTHS every plan to DELIVER him or have him picked up is CANCELLED BY THE BUYER So 4 MONTHS after she chose him, she says its not meant to be & she cant care for him as her life has drastically changed in the last 4 months ..... Then ... WAIT - I want him ... NOPE I DONT - YES I DO ---- NO I DONT ....... After telling her I feel as though I should not have to refund the FULL price as I had him for an extra 4 months already!!!!! she AGREES that it would be fair to split the loss & requested HALF of her money back .... Shes FAMILY - so I AGREE ----------- upon having the refund ready for her & requesting that she sign a statement saying I have fulfilled my obligation back to her - she SUDDENLY states that is NOT GOOD ENOUGH - I WANT IT ALL or I will SUE YOU & RUIN YOU!!!! WHAT THE HELL?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
