So lets stop condemning each other. Decide instead to live in such a way that you will not cause another believer to stumble and fall (Romans 14:13). The issue then was whether to eat food associated with idol worship, or food declared unclean by Jewish law. Today the issue may include what style of music to use in worship: hymns, Southern Gospel, contemporary Christian, choir verses praise team, piano and organ verses guitars and drums. Issues arise over dress codes, the color of the carpet, Weve never done it that way before, etc. The goal is to make disciples. Pray for your church and build one another up.
