So many bigoted, anti-Israel stuff online recently, I just had to let off steam. Here goes: Dear international community, I would like to apologize. I apologize that not enough of my citizens are dying for you to feel any sympathy towards me. I apologize that my soldiers arent asking my kids to play around the tanks that they are shooting from in order to create horrible images you can relate to. I apologize that my government is man enough to not play the victim card. I apologize that my people arent circulating false rumors and fake photographs to manipulate you into thinking that what’s happening here is genocide. I apologize that over the years and after so many deaths, I have developed unprecedented technologies to protect my innocent civilians. I am Israel and I was given the job of the rough, buff and tough bouncer at the entrance of the “Western World” nightclub. My shift never ends and my job is to stay outside of your fun nightclub and deal with the troublesome people that would otherwise disturb your peaceful night out. And sometimes, within that group of troublesome guys, there will be good people who mean no harm. But because they choose to hang out with that group, they will be dealt with in the same manner, until they understand they should create their own group of civilized people. Everyone hates a good bouncer – and I’m the best one out there. So don’t spit in my face on your way in.
