So many of you wanting an update, so here it is :-) I re-injured my knee a couple of days ago. My orthopedic specialist will still not order an MRI. I am working on getting a second opinion. I am extremely frustrated with the system since the MRI could rule out or confirm some things and everyone involved is only guessing at this point. I have been gone from zumba and regular cardio for 13 weeks and I am no closer to a resolution. I am hoping a new direction will give me some answers. Thank you to everyone for your support!
