So many people seem to think the Scottish Referendum is just for the Scots to think about and dont see it as their business. If the vote on Thurs is Yes, then heres a couple of things to consider... The United Kingdom will cease to be the unity of the Home Nations. The Union Jack will need to be changed to remove the St Andrew cross. The British Armed Forces will no longer protect Scotland, which could result in a reduction of numbers. Less revenue and taxes being collected, so all economic budgets will require to be reviewed. No more British Lions. British Sport will exclude Scottish competitors. This is the tip of the iceberg, yet the majority of the UK have no say including Scots living in other parts of the UK. Hardly a democratic decision when such a major decision is being decided upon by a minority of those it will affect.
