So me and my sister Lupe Cervantes Osornio got to talking this morning about work. We of course are grateful to have this job. But w that said we have never worked in a place where it was all right to treat ur employees like crap. Ever heard the saying u catch more flies w honey than w vinegar or something like that lol. Well I guess at this company they dont c it that way. They think yelling at them and talking down to them will make sales go up and employees move faster. Uh no in order to get respect u have to give it first. Nothing in life is given to u. I have seen and heard about more people getting fired or quitting than about how ppl are rewarded for their hard work. And I think its down right outrageous how they let this go on. I dont know about some of u out there but I would sure love to hear good job instead of if ur late again ur fired lol. I think this matter should b addressed immediately. I do agree that everyone is replaceable but they will never b as good as the ppl before then. Well just wanted to vent a lil. Thnx fb for hearing my concerns for today lol.
