So mighty Middlesbrough FC go FA Cup first footing at Barnsley in January. Thats obviously good news because it is a short haul trip and we should get the full away end - 6,500 tickets - which in the current feverish climate of awayday extravanganzas may not be enough - but bad news because weve been there loads of times, it is always Baltic and it is has ghosts of past failures in front of big travelling crowd that need to be exorcised... the Christmas freeze under Strachan and the sad exit of Mogga to a soundtrack of booing. Just been through my phone for pictures from the last time there. Look at the Ayresomesque old school glamour of Oakwell.
