So much discussion, disagreement and dissing of foods that are bad. Transfats, sugar, dairy, wheat are hot topics right now. Heres what I know: I know what makes ME fat. I know what makes ME thin. I know what makes ME feel good. I know what makes ME feel bad. My strategy is eating fruits, veggies, nuts, chicken, and fish with variations of each. I drink tonnnnns of water. I try to make the healthiest choices(for ME) when I go out to eat. Not all that scientific or trendy. See what works for YOU! :)
