So much for being fashionably late. Three years later and Im still ineligible for a Zip Car. Dear Ahmed, Thank you for contacting us regarding our account. As a member of the Zipcar car sharing community, it is important for all of our members to abide by our 6 Simple Rules, this ensures that all members are aware of the expectations. Returning on time is one of those expectations. After reviewing your account our member services team and general manager have determined that you have returned your vehicle 3 times in 11 reservations. Late returns inconvenience other members and hinders our ability to keep our promise of having vehicles available when members want them. Unfortunately your account is ineligible to be re-opened.
