So much for pity and understanding from law enforcement for commuting college students. Apparently, I wasnt feeling well last night, had and intense appointment with the toilet before I left, which resulted in me running late for class. Oh and I mention I live an hour from campus? isnt a valid excuse for speeding a little. The patrolman even APOLOGIZED to me, saying he hoped he hadnt made me too late. Dude: I was white-knuckling the steering wheel, my hair was soaking wet, my commuter pass was hanging from the rearview mirror, I had stuff in my teeth from the breakfast sandwich I was still eating, my bookbag had vomited its contents all over the back seat, and you watched me constantly look at the clock the whole time we were on the side of the road. Im obviously a student, in a rush, on my way to campus. You couldnt have just let me slide with a warning? I hate the end of the month.
