So much rushing around...sometimes we arent even aware about the type of stress or pressure we carry...mind affects feelings...feelings affect heart and heart affects bodies...there is a real need to restore, renew and reenergize...why not come into Shantiॐ yoga for a lovely Gentle Restorative Flow...a mixture of restorative poses and gentle flowing poses followed by Yoga Nidra Meditation..e in tense...leave feeling heavenly
