So much to be thankful for these last few days. Time with old friends and new friends, shared meals, heart to hearts, music, laughter, fun, worship, unexpected blessings. I love how these periods of sunshine can come in the middle of challenging seasons, like windows opening up even while youre still in the tunnel. You may not be through it, but you can see and believe in the world outside of it, helping you endure while you find some of the pieces of your best and true self that you may have lost somewhere along the way. Please pray for me, my immediate family and my extended (including ex) family. There are good things happening that need protecting, and difficult circumstances all around that require more than our own efforts to overcome.
