So my 5lb roast experiment is finished and I must say it is absolutly amazing what I did was two bags of garden vegetable medley which had roasted potatoes sugar snap peas red pepper and garden herbs than I cut up two things of mushrooms and added 2 cans of cream of chicken put some milk in it to water it down and rubbed some roasted garlic onto the roast sprinkeled parmasean chesse and with some pepper and salt had it in the oven since 12 and boy oh boy does it melt in the mouth I am a happy woman right now
