So my Lawyer likes that I can find things and gives them to her. It all helps with the case. Here is her response to me sending her the video I sent yesterday. Thank you for the video. You are a very good investigative researcher! It appears this video was not taken by the “rail view” camera but is still helpful. The “rail view” camera is much lower, in black and white and would not have sound. See attached photo of the engine compartment showing the video monitor. I have consulted with two lawyers who recently settled a case against Norfolk Southern with similar issues to those in this case and have reached out to the railroad expert they used. I am hoping he can provide a preliminary opinion based on a review of documents and photos as well as the You Tube video you found for a nominal fee before we get into a large retainer fee.
