So my auto repair attempt did not go very well this weekend - I found that although I knew what needed to be done for each and every task I was literally not physically strong enough to complete each repair - Id get started and then would be met with a seized or rusted or cross threaded bolt - so I had to concede and pay for a professional mechanic to actually complete the labor - going to continue to try to fix what I can - I saved probably 400.00 by buying the parts myself . But I must say I am a little proud of myself.... After dropping 236 for labor on my truck my daughter tells me there is a leak from the main bath after a little investigation it appeared that the main bathroom toilet seal failed - so on my way home from picking up the truck I stopped at Home Depot and picked up a wax seal 5.37 and came home and changed out the seal by myself - pretty cool- I wonder how much that would have cost me if I had to pay a plumber - yay me! I can do this
