So my brother is able to eat soft food now. He feeds himself with the one hand. Still a little risk of choking but so far hes good. There is still a chance of complications with swelling so they are keeping him in the ICU still, but based on his performance with the physical therapists here they think that once he is out of the ICU he can go straight to a rehab facility. Hes running a slight temperature right now, but otherwise hes looking strong.
