So my cycling friends (Dan, Edward, Mark & Paul) I came off my bike this morning on the commute to work. Im fine just a bit battered and brused but Ive just been quoted £200 for labour and parts to fix the bike and as it was only worth £250 new it doesnt seem worth it. I had been contemplating upgrading anyway. So does anybody have any recommendations. Nothing too fancy. It just needs to be light and have a few gears as it will mainly be used for the commute to work. Any advise would be muchly appreciated.
