So my goal is to start LOTR over Memorial Day weekend, provided I can plow through my last 200 or so pages of certification reading before then. How does that sound to you all? Are any non-Tolkien readers opposed to us clogging the page with hobbit discussion? We can move it somewhere else if we want. Also, shall we make a discussion plan? I am hopeful to finish the books quickly because I do have a few other ones I would like to read this summer, but it might be a good idea to set a goal for finishing a certain section by a certain time. Tolkien lovers, what say you? People who say Tolkien, meh, what say you? Lets get this going down the ever so on and on long road or whatever.
