If you dont know who David Thorne is, Google David Thorne Lost Cat. Enjoy the email feed.. My responses below Scammer: Good Day, Sorry for any inconvenience, but Im in a terrible situation. I came down here to Manila,Philippines for a program, last night on my way back to my hotel room I was robbed at gunpoint, my wallet and other valuables were stolen off me, leaving my passport and life safe. My luggage is still in custody of the hotel management pending when I make payment on outstanding bills I owe. I contacted my bank (E-mail) for a wire transfer but it has proven almost Impossible to operate my account from here as they made me understand international transactions take 7 working days to be effective which i cant wait. I need you to help me with a loan to pay my hotel bills and get my self home. I will reimburse you soon as I get back Home. I will reimburse you soon as I get back Home. If I wasnt the one i wont ask you to wire money on my name via WU we both know that I will need some kinda identification to receive the money here and thank God I still have my passport saved with me as an ID...my return flight leaves in few hours from now and I dont want to miss it.it would cost me more money...Please let me know if you are heading to WU outlet now ? Me: Lee, Again, this is shocking news. Luckily I was sitting down when I read your email and not half way up a ladder or tree. By the way how are you holding up? I am surprised you managed to function at all what with thinking of the horrors, while frightened and alone and felling absolutely helpless... I’m surprised that you didn’t try and pull any martial arts moves on that guy. Lee, I hope everything is okay as I have not heard a response from you from my last email…You must be traumatized as I can imagine what you are going through… I was once held at gun point, but because of my Brazilian Jiu Jitsu background, I was able to perform a flying armbar on the assailant, disarm him and kept him contained for authorities.
