So my year competing in the NPC physique division has come to an end and unfortunately in an anticlimactic way when it counted the most. However as I do with everything I try to learn from the experience and look at things in a positive light. I took a shot, despite the demands of my job as a 24/7 on call helicopter mechanic, managing my business consulting a large base of clientele at Abfitt (my loyal clients are awesome and simply the best hands down, THANK YOU guys) and meeting my responsibilities as a husband and home owner. I did this all the past six months while being in contest prep. For those of you that dont know what that means, well for me I pretty much isolated myself from everything but the gym. I was able to pull off 8 wins, 3 in the masters division, 3 in the open division, 2 overalls, 1 second place in the open division and the results below on a national level. Not bad for a 43 year old dude only competing for a year. Along the way I met some great people and made new friends. So thanks to everyone who sent well wishes and private messages of support. I am humbled and grateful. *2014 IFBB North American Championships Mens Physique Masters Over 35 Class B (11th) *2014 IFBB North American Championships Mens Physique Masters Over 40 Class B (10th)
