So, no, Facebook’s Messenger app isn’t recording your life on video, eavesdropping on your phone calls, or trying to steal your identity. It may be a giant pain in the butt to have two Facebook apps on your phone from here on, but the decision isn’t as insidious as the tin foil hat crowd would have you believe. Just because Im truly tired of seeing people cause hysteria where there isnt any! As usual I did my own research! Ive been using the FB messenger app for about a year now. NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES!!! EVERY APP YOU DOWNLOAD WILL ASK FOR THE SAME PERMISSIONS! Especially the messenger apps! READ AND STOP GOING BY WHAT PEOPLE ASSUME AND POST! YOU WANT TOTAL PRIVACY?! Then delete every single social media account you are a part of. Otherwise please STOP with this I dont want my personal info bring used BULLSHIT! Also... I rather have people contact me through the FB chat(no one sees your phone number).Then have to give out my actual phone number for people to text me. In what logical mind does that make sense? Lol
