So now Mall cops have the right to use lethal force...smh...What I am getting is llustrative of my suspicion that the real problem in America is our prosecutors who are trained to circumvent the civil rights of citizens unless they are wealthy. When a prosecutor is making a determination that can negatively impact the foreseeable lawsuit and civil rights violations that would make such a lawsuit a slam dunk against an insurer I suspect that the prosecutors are being corrupted with cash payoffs or future political incentives. Something is NOT correct in thousands of Prosecutors offices across our nation. The police will usually only do that which they know from experience the prosecutor will let them get away with. Its more like a prosecutor competing with a defense attorney and the prosecutor trying to diminish or influence the ultimate jury award that defense attorney can get for the negligent homicide of their client.
