So often I talk to clients who constantly feel tired when trying to lose weight. It is more than likely that you are in excess calorie deficit (aka you need to eat more). Your metabolism when in excess deficit, will simply shut down the expenditure of energy -->> make you like a zombie. If you are trying to train in that mode - its not fun at all.. So have another look at your diet, add more more protein, add some healthy carbohydrates post training, eat healthy fats (avocados, coconut oil, organic olive oil), go see a specialist/nutritionist/personal trainer to help you establish your BMR (basal metabolic rate) and stop starving yourself! Eat less, train more approach doesnt always work! Sometimes you need the opposite... Just saying...
