So often everyone one is very quick to tell you what a bad job you may be doing but as a species we are very slow to say thank you or well done, here was an email I got this morning from one of our clients. Very proud of my ABC staff. Dear Gill Many thanks for arranging the parcel to the UK for me to Dr. Lorna McCourt and Mr. Craig Duncan. Your staff have been just splendid and absolutely delightful to deal with. Most of my dealings was with Jack and he certainly went the extra mile and is truly an asset to your organisation. Even the young gentleman, Alex, that collected the goods from my home was extremely pleasant and professional. I will certainly recommend your company to my clients and wish you all the best.
