So, on Friday I sent Twist of the Blade (written as Edward Willett) to Matthew Hughes, whos editing the manuscript for Coteau Books. That would be Book 2 of the Shards of Excalibur five-book series, sequel to Song of the Sword (below) which comes out in May. The books will be spaced six months apart, which means sometime before very long Ill have to get cracking on the as-yet-untitled Book 3. I hope readers who enjoyed MASKS will also give The Shards of Excalibur a chance. Like Mara, Ariane is a 15-year-old girl, but Arianes magical adventures take place on present-day Earth...
