So on Saturday, October 25 at 7 PM, Paolo with the Hidden Apron once more hosted a pop-up dinner at Suite ThreeOhSix in TriBeCa at Lower Manhattan, New York City. A few hours after the event Paolo posted this on his timeline: Dont think i can go much further. Knockin out after finally reaching that coveted state of complete and utter exhaustion. More proper thank yous plus pics later on but for now....thank you. For those who kept the faith, for those who spread the word, for a universe that pushes us to our limit, and for a team that did not once break under pressure and made me realize that without them...i am nothing. Good night...the hustle resumes in a few hours. I cant wait to hear the big story. Stalking, I was able to gather bits of comments posted by a couple of event guests. One said Good bumping into you last night! Congrats on your pop-up event! Another added it was a fun experience... Yet another summed it as Amazing dinner hosted by the talented team of Hidden Apron! One generous guest really wrote: So impressed. They all didnt go to culinary school yet they could cook very well. Paolo is the speaker of the group, witty. Have a sense of humor, great entertainer . And most of all spent most of his childhood in Saudi Arabia and Minnesota yet he still keep to speak visaya fluently. Not like most kids who grew up here English na Lang. Kudos to the parents who reared him! To think taga Sibalom kasimanwa ko. What? Wow! I never thought Paolos parents would have anything to do with the event except keeping the faith and spreading the word for their son. But as Paolo is our Chef Accountant son, I thank you all for your kind and encouraging words. Please excuse me, I need to go. Im going to cry...
