So on a vain note, I had a physician tell me today that he has noticed that women who are marathon runners (and have been for most of their life) often look older than their actual age. He hypothesized that it may be due to sun damage and lower estrogen levels. What do yall think? In general, do you think long term runners look younger or older than their actual age? (By the way, this does not discourage me from running, since I already look old :)- Just asking out of curiosity.
