So on account of my pantry book coming out tomorrow, I decided to take my own advice and reorganize my home pantry. Heres the before & after along with some tips. All you need to know about how to stock your pantry is right here: bit.ly/gzpantry Step 1: Admitting you have a problem. Step 2: Weed out any unnecessary, old or random items. For example, I found Tuscan spice blend, garlic & herb seasoning, and wildflower seeds (how these got in there...) Step 3: Make your pantry look neat and uniform. Buy a bunch of spice jars, labels and a funnel, and transfer. Label them as you go, so you know exactly what youre working with. (All items can be found at The Container Store.) Step 4: Et voilà!
