So one of my thread housings for my frame screw that is located under the bolt on my luxe is TOTALLY stripped clean of threads. I got an estimate from my local shop for a little over $50 plus I have to ship it to them because it would cost less to ship because of gas and time ect.. So its gonna be around $60-70 for me to get it fixed. My question to you guys is, should I go to an auto parts store and get a helicord and do it myself or cough up the extra dough and let the experts do it? Anyone here have experience helicording threads on paintball markers? Difficult? High odds of further damage? Any insight would be appreciated.
