So one of the Yodel staff stole myprotein.co.uk order... [email protected] 17:39 (2 hours ago) to me Dear Saffron, Thank you for your patience whilst we are fully investigating the service failings you have highlighted to us. Following a full investigation with the Service Centre Manager and a full search to try to locate your order, it is with regret that the parcel has gone missing and as a result we have alerted our Security Manager responsible for this site. We fully understand your upset and frustration and I am truly sorry that I have not been able to get this resolved for you. In instances of this nature we would need to refer you back to our Client as this is who your contractual relationship is with so a refund can be processed at this time: Our Client in turn has the contractual relationship with Yodel which incorporates an agreed claims process. Whilst I appreciate this may not be the answer you had anticipated I hope you can understand our position in this matter. You can by all means use this correspondence to forward to our Client if this supports you further and they can contact us directly. I do hope the above goes some way to reassure you that we do take all our complaints seriously and if given the opportunity, we will work hard to ensure that any future experience with Yodel is a more positive one.
