So . . our Family went door-to-door today . . handing out Church flyers and personally inviting people to our church tomorrow. I have to admit . . some of them I cant get off my mind tonight. There are a lot of sad and hurting people . . and they live all around us evidently. And they are lost. Im so glad weve found a church that isnt complacent about those lost souls. .a church that actively is seeking to reach out and touch the community . . for God. Im thankful for a Pastor who reminded us: It isnt about the numbers . . its about helping them find God. It was a real privilege today . . to walk along the streets . . to hear some sad stories . .and to have a burning desire to share Gods love with them. I felt like we were looking for that One Lost Sheep. Jesus said: I tell you, there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents . . than over ninety-nine righteous persons who need no repentance. It is my fervent prayer tonight . . that some of those lost sheep will find their way to church tomorrow. God is their only hope . . in this world . . and the next.
