So, our flat screen imfrom Best buy wasnt working right.(4years old) It was still under warranty and had about 45 days left. They sent out repairman to fix it. That didnt work, and the parts needed were no longer available. It was to be junked out. Because of technology they would only gove me $650 back. I paid about $800. I argued the fact with them, shosed them my contract which stated full retail to be refunded. Long story short, got a new Flatscreen smart tv, bigger and better. Only paid the difference. Paid to read the fine print and push it back onto them to do the correct thing. THANKS BEST BUY!
