So our lease is up at our rental house and now we are going month to month (scary). Also Home ownership has always frightened me (how can we pay for any major repairs if something goes wrong- very tight budget). Now that our lease is up I am looking more into the direction of home ownership for a few reasons. One of the biggest reasons is I dont know if we can afford the high rent anymore. Plus I want a fenced in backyard so our Great Dane can be outside more and enjoy the freedom of not having me tethered to him. On the other hand we have no money for a down payment or any misc costs that go with buying a home. With that being said does anyone have any words of wisdom or knowledge they can share about home buying/ownership. Either way prayers for Gods guidance and support are always appreciated!
