So over the last couple of days there has been a lot of pics of dogs being used for fur or meat. Of course the way they are treated is terrible. What gets on my tits is all the righteous animal lovers spouting on about it. I am sure most of them are wearing their leather shoes and make up and chewing on their bacon butty washed down by a glass of cold milk whilst spluttering their holier-than-thou bollox. Sorry, but unless you are a vegan, your animal lover bullshit is just a facade! If you are really an animal lover, look at what goes on every day in dairy, chicken and pig farming. It is not pretty. But we happily turn a blind eye to it as we subscribe to the systematic torture of livestock. I am all for making animal husbandry as humane as possible. I am all for treating all animals with kindness - what i am against is the HYPOCRISY of most people: just bc an animal is cute does not mean it has the ability to suffer more than an animal that is perceived as ugly. Oh and dont start all that dogs are intelligent crap! -= do your research! Pigs are far more intelligent and at least as characterful as dogs. So animal lovers we have a choice: sign a petition and ease our guilt or if we really do want to make a difference, change our lifestyles. Please, before you judge the state of the world, look at the state of your own back yard!
