So overflowingly grateful for the beautiful friends in our world. Both those that celebrated this weekend with us, and those who just celebrate life with us. Ive realized so many times lately that the number of times Ive cried happy tears over the last few years has far exceeded the number of times Ive shed painful ones, and I have you beautiful people to thank for that. There are always challenges, and even tragedies...weve weathered many of them together... and I know there will be painful tears to come. But being open to all of it, and knowing how connected and not alone we are, somehow those times dont scare me quite as much anymore. Because I know youre all there, and because I know youll let me be there for you. Thanks for that blessing and that honor. (And for letting me sing in silly voices and tell silly jokes to make you smile....cuz its really fun.)
