So, people are asking what kind of food is coming to PB Local. Well, here is how I explain it, Im calling it Urban Islander for right now. We are slow cooking all kinds of quality meats by means of roasting, grilling, and smoking. Pork, brisket, organic free range local chicken, short ribs and fresh fish. Serving up a with twists of Islander, Asian, Mediterraen, Baja and American style. From lunch plates, tacos, salads and appetizers to to-go and catering. Dont worry, you will see the Big Ass Nachos, our Coconut Calamari and our Lobster Tacos on the menu too. The concept is fast casual, so you will walk up and order your food. It will be fresh, fast and super friendly. We have 30 incredible beers line up for you on tap, along with speciality rum beach cocktails.
