So proud of myself today! I won the Smallest Winner contest at Heavy weights! I am 18 pounds lighter and almost 12 inches smaller! I went into the program to get healthier and felt that it was each and every team members motivation and self drive that pushed me to challenge myself like I have not in a while.....I joined the next program to keep the momentum going and because several team mates are joining again! Cannot wait to work out with you all again! You are all awesome and winners in my mind! Tyler and Ashley were fantastic coaches and couldnt have done it without them...and I am so thankful to Rob and Danielle for the gracious 500.00cash prize......and two very valuable free programs that will continue to change my life! xox
